PLEASE BE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD CORRECTLY. WE ONLY OFFER 1 SIZING ADJUSTMENT/REMAKE IF A UNIT DOESN’T FIT PROPERLY. ANY ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENTS/REMAKES OUTSIDE OF THAT OFFER WILL REQUIRE A NEW CONSTRUCTION FEE OF $50 AS THESE UNITS ARE MADE PER THE MEASUREMENTS YOU PROVIDE TO US.
THESE SERVICES ARE SOLEY FOR US TO CUSTOM MAKE A UNIT USING THE HAIR PURCHASED FROM OUR SITE. WE ONLY MAKE UNITS USING HAIR FROM VHBL. PLEASE BE ADVISED AS THIS IS A SERVICE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PHOTOS OF COMPLETED UNIT AREN’T PROVIDED UNLESS REQUESTED PRIOR TO YOUR UNIT BEING SHIPPED.
•The starting price of each unit includes shampoo/deep conditioning with your wig sent back in it’s original wave pattern if desired. The base pricing includes knot bleaching, basic hairline plucking, an elastic band(on frontal & closure units only), and basic hair styling. Cutting and hair coloring are not included and are considered additional services. This service has a turn around time of 14-21 Business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
•This time frame starts the day your order is placed, unless placed on a Fri-Sun then the service begins next business day.
•U-Part Unit base price of $85 allows for up to 4 bundles. Additional bundles used will be an add on price up to 8 bundles. All u-part wigs are versatile and can be worn as a middle part, left side part and right side part by just shifting the wig. If you you would prefer one set part for this unit please mention this in the "NOTE TO SELLER" section at checkout.
•Lace Closure Unit base price of $100 allows for 1 lace closure and up to 4 bundles. Additional bundles used will be an add on price up to 8 bundles. Closure hairline modification is thinning the hairline out for a more natural look. This modification can only be created in a generic method and obviously cannot be created based upon your individual actual hairline. We do NOT offer hairline modification on silk base closures. Closure units come with a complimentary elastic band installed and combs installed in the bottom nape of your wig. If you do not want the elastic band installed, please state so in the "note to seller" box at checkout.
•VHBL DOES NOT cut the lace on your closure or frontal. Since VHBL does not know your actual face shape and hairline specifics the lace will be left on your frontal wig unit when you receive it to cut yourself. This way you can cut it to your personal preference. Please expect to see the lace still attached to your frontal on your wig unit upon receiving it. It will be your personal responsibility to make any further modification to that portion of your custom wig unit forward and anything additional for the best finished results according to personal preference.Please provide a description of the desired look for your unit in the "note to seller" section at checkout. Please also state if you would like a middle part, right side part, or left side part. All middle part wigs are versatile and can be worn as a middle part, left side part and right side part.
•To measure your head for a wig, use a cloth tape measure that has not been stretched for accuracy. If your head size falls outside of the listed sizing be sure to provide us with your accurate and exact measurements so the correct head can be used to construct your unit on: 1. Forehead to Nape. Start the tape from the center of the front of your hairline, to the hairline at the nape of the neck. 2. Ear to Ear. 3. Circumference. 4.Temple to Temple.
•ALL CURLY/DEEP CURLY/DEEP WAVE TEXTURES ARE SENT IN THEIR NATURAL STATE. IF PURCHASING STRAIGHT,BODY WAVE, LOOSE WAVE, OR NATURAL WAVE HAIR WE WILL CURL THE HAIR IN A LOOSE WAVE STYLE.
